SHIPPING POLICY
At Coastal Tails Company, we work hard to get your order packed, prepped, and headed your way as quickly as possible. Every order is handled with care so your coastal goodies arrive safe and ready for adventure.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
Please note:
- Processing times may increase during launches, holidays, sales, or high-volume periods.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
- Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
SHIPPING TIMES
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days (if selected at checkout)
Please remember: shipping carriers occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control. (Yes, even the universe sometimes misplaces a beach package for a minute.)
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can obsessively refresh the tracking page like the rest of us.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Coastal Tails Company is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier.
If your package appears lost:
- Check your tracking information
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Reach out to us if you still need assistance
We’ll always do our best to help point you in the right direction.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered:
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address
- Additional shipping fees may apply for returned packages needing reshipment
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, international shipping availability may vary depending on location.
Customers are responsible for:
- Customs fees
- Duties
- Import taxes
These fees are determined by your country and are not included in your order total.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We’ll make it right faster than a dog spotting a seagull on the beach.
